The Softest EVER Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

The minute¬†fall season hits I start baking with pumpkin. It’s definitely my favorite ingredient to use because obviously it tastes delicious, but it also helps make everything more moist which is my favooorritee ūüôā These cookies were originally¬†found on Eazy Peazy Mealz, but¬†I altered the recipe just a bit. Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla in stand mixer
  3. Mix the flour, baking soda+powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a large separate bowl
  4. Combine flour mixture with pumpkin mixture and then fold in chocolate chips
  5. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; cover paper with flour (also put on finger tips)
  6. Create 9-12 cookies per tray and bake 12 minutes for regular size cookies; bake 14+ for larger cookies
  7. Remove from over and let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying ūüôā
