Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the sugars, oil, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla in stand mixer
Mix the flour, baking soda+powder, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a large separate bowl
Combine flour mixture with pumpkin mixture and then fold in chocolate chips
Line baking sheets with parchment paper; cover paper with flour (also put on finger tips)
Create 9-12 cookies per tray and bake 12 minutes for regular size cookies; bake 14+ for larger cookies
Remove from over and let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying 🙂
