September has hit and the temps are slowly dropping into the 70's here in Minnesota. I am so happy about it as I am still pregnant and can't handle the heat anymore. I'm also pumped because Fall is the best time of the year for fun fashion in my eyes. Layering different pieces, whipping out new shoes and mixing summer pieces with fall styles is so fun. I know it's not cool everywhere, but I can almost bet everyone has Fall fashion on their minds. I try to be smart when I start to build my Fall wardrobe. I can't buy it all (although I want to) so I pick out trends and pieces that will get me through lots of different outfits. Obviously, not every single piece can do that, but I try to keep that in mind. When I buy something new I pick out 3-4 different ways I can style it to help justify the purchase. I'm sure Kirby would disagree, because I can almost always come up with that many. However, it really helps! I pulled the cutest styles to help build your Fall must have items list and get your closet off to a great start!

I talk a lot about how to mix different seasons pieces together and how to make a look prepped for Fall. Plus, make sure to look at my 6 Fall Trends for 2018 to get a better idea of what's hot right now. It's so fun to see what's on the streets during NYFW and I always get so inspired for new looks. Not every style or trend is going to work for you, but jumping out of your comfort zone is super fun. Revamping your wardrobe doesn't have to be a splurge. Make sure to check out what you already have and only grab new styles that will help add to that collection. I made sure to pull 20 Fall Basics for all my budget friendly babes here.
