Dresses have always been my favorite pieces to live in over the Summer months. Now that I am pregnant that is more real than ever. I spoke about this in my Learning How to Style the Bump post and I wasn't kidding. Dresses are so breezy, comfortable and the perfect piece to dress up or down no matter the occasion. I have always been a fan and can almost always find a dress I like when I got to any store. I love the different prints, colors and fabrics used for summer dresses especially and sometimes wish I lived somewhere warm all year round so I could always wear them. Ever since I found out I was pregnant I basically started wearing dresses as much as possible. They are so comfortable and usually fit the bump so well. Pregnant or not dresses are the best to wear when humidity is at an all time high. Colorado had the best dry heat ever and although I grew up in Minnesota and knew the humidity was here it has been hard getting used to. It never gives up and no matter sun or shade the temperature doesn't change. Without dresses I would basically die of heat so I'm sure I'll continue to grab more as the Summer months go own.

Another cool thing about dresses is that they are pretty easy to make work for the bump whether they are maternity or non-maternity. I usually just size up or if its stretchy, boho, etc. I just keep the same size and make sure the length works. As you can tell, I have an obsession with dresses which is exactly why I wanted to round up my favorite summer ones for you babes.
