With being a work from home mama, my days are usually very chill. Obviously a 4 month old is not always chill, but when it comes to fashion it's super relaxed. To be honest, I have never owned so much loungewear in my life! Most people think working from home means pajamas all day. Yes, there are those days, however, it's usually key for me to get up, ready and changed into some cute basics to get my day going. Some of my favorite pieces are over-sized cardigans, super soft joggers and always slippers. I'm also still currently nursing so any tops that make that easier are high on my list. I pulled some of my favorite loungewear pieces to help you create a dreamy basic line up.
I haven't always been into buying pieces like this. Who really cares what they look like at home?! When I started working from home full time I realized that pajamas all day everyday did not always lead to the best productivity. So my loungewear wardrobe began growing and now I can't stop buying all the soft things. I mean, it's an everyday piece for me so it's pretty simple to justify. Whether you work from home or not, having cute and casual pieces to hang out in is really nice. Don't get me wrong, an over-sized tee from my hubby still does the job just fine, but it's nice feeling more put together. It actually helps make me feel good about myself and sexy without really having to try. Amen to any piece that does that!
Below I pulled so many good pieces that are super versatile. For instance, a lot of my cardigans I wear around the house with joggers can easily be dressed up with jeans.
