Grilled cheese sandwiches are basically one of my favorite things to make whenever I can’t decided what to eat. I’m huge fan of cheese & carbs so it’s a total win, win. When I came across this Blackberry Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich I knew it would instantly be a favorite in The Oldenkamp household. I mean… How can something be bad when bacon is involved?!
This sandwich is super simple to make and the blackberry jam is such a fun add on. I like to grab sourdough bread from the deli for extra goodness and even splurge with bacon, bacon instead of the usual turkey bacon (makes Kirby’s night as well ha!).
