Blueberries
Goat Cheese
Crumbled
Pecans
Halved, Whole or Pieces All Work
Lemon Poppyseed Greek Yogurt Dressing
Instructions
Just mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and add dressing upon serving.

*Substitutes – sliced almonds, blackberries or raspberries and feta cheese – I’ve tried all of these before
*Add in’s – grilled chicken or salmon and avocado
