Ingredients

gluten free flour,
(I use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1)
1 1/2
cup
mashed banana
(I used 3 medium ripe bananas)
1/2
cup
protein powder

tsp
Baking Soda
3/4
tsp
Baking Powder
3/4
tsp
Salt

tsp
Cinnamon
1/2
cup
Greek Yogurt
I used FAGE 5% milk fat greek yogurt)

pure maple syrup
1/3
cup
avocado oil

tsp
pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Chips
(or walnuts, raisins, etc.)
Instructions
Grease 9×5 loaf pan & place parchment paper on the bottom.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all of the ingredients together & smooth batter into pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350F until golden brown + a toothpick comes out almost fully clean.
Turn the oven off and crack door. Leave the bread in there for an additional 5 minutes.
Use a knife to go around the edges and remove bread from pan.
Enjoy for up to 4-5 days or freeze and enjoy later.
