Instructions
  1. Grease 9×5 loaf pan & place parchment paper on the bottom.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together & smooth batter into pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F until golden brown + a toothpick comes out almost fully clean.
  5. Turn the oven off and crack door. Leave the bread in there for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Use a knife to go around the edges and remove bread from pan.
  7. Enjoy for up to 4-5 days or freeze and enjoy later.
