  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil
  3. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and discard
  4. In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese with the herbes de Provence. Add the milk and combine.
  5. In another small bowl combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, butter
  6. Toss the mushrooms in the olive oil and balsamic
  7. Place the mushroom caps on the baking sheet
  8. Fill each mushroom with approximately 1 teaspoon of the goat cheese
  9. Top each mushroom with approximately 1/2 tablespoon of the bread crumb mixture
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the bread crumbs are browned and crispy
  11. Allow the mushrooms to cool a bit before serving
  12. Serve warm
