  1. Preheat oven to 425F and grease a 6 serving donut pan with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Add the egg, oil, vanilla, milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into the grease donut pan. The batter should not cover the center of the donut well where the hole will go.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the donuts rise and set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Place on wire rack over parchment paper.
  8. For the coating: combined the cane sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  9. Melt 1-2 tbsp of butter. One at a time, lightly brush each donut with melted butter and immediately dip the top into the sugar coating before flipping to the bottom.
  10. Place each gluten free cinnamon sugar donut on the rack and repeat on all donuts until they’re coated.
  11. Store donuts in airtight container for up to 3 days – however they’ll be gone within 24 hours 😉
