  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Use butter for the muffin tins
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth
  4. Add the baking soda and stir to combine with the mashed bananas. Allow the mixture to sit for 1 to 2 minutes
  5. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas
  6. Stir in the pure maple syrup, salt, beaten eggs, and pure vanilla extract
  7. Mix in the gluten-free flour and cinnamon
  8. Stir in fresh or frozen blueberries, gently
  9. Scoop the batter into buttered muffin tins
  10. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 F until toothpick comes out clean
  11. Cool & enjoy! Store in airtight container for 2-3 days
