The Details
For those of you that don’t know I have a huge love for baking. I grow up backing with my Mom, sister and even my Grandma whenever we would visit her. It kind of runs in our family and I am so happy I still keep doing it. I never actually liked cooking until I met Kirby and he never bakes so I guess we are the perfect team in the kitchen. Baking cookies and brownies are my two favorite things and I have found that I can whip them up pretty quickly. Which is actually really dangerous. These Blueberry Cream Cookies are super delicious and fairly easy to make.
I love baking things that require actual fruit because it adds such natural sweetness and blueberries are the best. This recipe adds even more sweetness with the addition of white chocolate chips and I’m not mad about it. I can’t say these are healthy, but if you’ve been following my recipes, not much of my baking is. What can I say, I’m a classic girl when it comes to baking the good stuff. If you wanted to make these healthier I’m sure you can substitute a few of the ingredients. Since these are made with vanilla pudding mix & sour cream they are extra soft and oh so dangerous.

Happy baking babes!
