This post was in partnership with Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center.

Ever since I got pregnant I've been trying to slow down a lot more and take it all in. Being a first time mama to be is exhausting and it's so important to take time for rest. Resting has never been something I've been really good at. I've always been constantly on the go, saying yes to every event possible and filling my free time with friends & family. Slowing down and taking moments to get spoiled with rest is something I've been teaching myself over these past months. Having a mama's night away in Denver was the perfect thing for me and was so needed in the midst of all the busy moments we've had these past few weeks.
We were so excited to head back to Colorado a couple weekends ago for our friends wedding. We have missed our friends, the weather and the beautiful mountains so much. Don't get me wrong, we are beyond excited to be back in Minnesota close to family, but nothing will ever be Colorado. We were also super excited to get a chance at staying in the Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center hotel for a night of RNR and some delicious breakfast in bed from Range Restaurant.

Mother's Love Package
The Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center hotel is one of my favorites because of the amazing location to just about everything in Denver. I was so excited to finally get a chance to stay there now that I'm actually living outside of the state. I was also super excited to get spoiled with the Mother's Love package after traveling all weekend long and staying up way past my bedtime to have time with friends. The Mother's Love package is great because it offers the perfect amenities for any mama to enjoy a night out on the town and a very much deserved relaxing morning.
After wandering around some of our favorite spots on the 16th street mall we made out way back for a relaxing night in with the prettiest views of our favorite city. Since we had an early flight out the next morning we made reservations to have breakfast in bed for dinner and oh my gosh, I was in absolute heaven. If you guys have been following along through my pregnancy journey you would know by know that I am constantly craving anything and everything breakfast. I never actually liked breakfast food until now and seriously can't get enough of it.
Range Restaurant has the best food ever and their breakfast did not disappoint. Since there are three of us (haha) we decide to go all out. We order pancakes, banana French toast, a side of eggs with potatoes and bacon, and of course a yogurt bowl with fruit. To say I went into a happy breakfast coma is an understatement. The sweetest thing of all, range brought me sparkling apple juice and orange juice instead of the sparkling wine because I'm a mama to be! I felt the love and can't say I hate being spoiled.

About Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel
Like I stated above, the best thing about the hotel is the amazing location downtown Denver. It's right off of the 16th street mall and only blocks away from Union Station which is Kirby and I's favorite place to be. Being in a central location is key in Denver because it makes getting to all the cool places super easy. The hotel is actually located in the former Colorado National Bank building bringing the charm level to an all time hide. To top it off, you have to see the lobby! It has actually been dubbed the prettiest room in Denver by the Denver Post and the amount of character through the place is unreal. The beautiful architecture paired with the modern furniture is super cool and I love that they have a vault still located in the lobby to really bring in the history.
Range Restaurant
Okay, now onto my favorite thing to talk about currently... The food! Range restaurant is unreal amazing. I've had dinner and breakfast there with no complaints on either end. Having breakfast in bed was the cherry on top from the Mother's Love Package. Nothing beats eating in a luxury bed with the man I love so much. I may not get many more nights like this and I think Mother's all around deserve time to themselves. Range Restaurant and Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center know how to spoil and I already can't wait for my next visit. I mean, how can you beat being greeted with strawberries and sparkling water? You can't!
